When Garrett began developing the PowerMax™ Stage 2 Upgrade Turbos, it quickly became clear that the stock adapters were far too small to support the increased airflow needs, and even existing aftermarket options created a bottleneck at the turbine wheel. In response, Full-Race engineered the largest diameter (64.5MM / 2.53″) and highest-flowing turbo adapter on the market, delivering over 20% more airflow than competitor products.

By eliminating bottlenecks found in smaller adapters, this kit delivers smoother power delivery, faster spool times, and enhanced reliability for your F-150’s EcoBoost engine. Plus, they are CNC machined from billet aluminum to withstand extreme conditions and provide superior heat resistance and structural integrity.

Although designed to be a textbook match to the ID of the Garrett PowerMax™ Stage 2 turbos, this kit works with both factory and upgraded turbos, allowing them to flow with less restriction.

Why should I upgrade my F-150’s turbocharger coolant lines?

If you’ve experienced the frustration of coolant leaks from your GEN2 EcoBoost turbocharger lines, you’ll understand the need for a permanent fix. Ford’s original design with slip-fit rubber bushings often leads to coolant leaks due to wear over time. Our upgrade kit replaces these with traditional AN fittings, providing a permanent solution to this problem.

Additionally, when removing the turbocharger to upgrade or service, the OEM coolant lines are extremely difficult to work with and tend to get damaged upon removal, necessitating replacement upon reinstallation. Our kit’s robust design prevents this issue, making maintenance much easier.
