BorgWarner 72.0mm SX-E is designed for drag racing in competitive 72mm limited inducer applications. Utilizing a state-of-the-art 10 full-blade “C10” compressor design, this turbo is capable of flowing massive airflow rates in excess of 110 lbs/min. Higher airflow rates make this an excellent match for high-boost and high-power applications. This turbo is oil-cooled journal bearing only.

The S472SX-E is capable of getting you between 500 and 1100hp, which is plenty for most drivers. It also does this at a price point that’s far below some of the competition, making this SX-E turbo one of the more economical ways to make big power—a hallmark of all BorgWarner AirWerks turbochargers.
