Injector Information

Our XDI-manufactured and rigorously tested Direct Injection (DI) Injectors are designed specifically for the 2010-2016 Gen 1 3.5L EcoBoost engines, delivering the precise fuel flow required for high-horsepower applications—without the need for auxiliary fuel systems. Each injector is tested at 100 bar and 200 bar on OEM-grade equipment at our XDI facility. We flow-match every set to within ±1% at both pressure levels, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
