Engineered to solve the notorious issue of leaky turbocharger coolant lines, this kit replaces the problematic OEM “Jiffy Tite” o-ring fittings with robust Army Navy (“AN”) fittings, ensuring permanent, leak-free performance.

Constructed with braided stainless hoses and military-grade billet CNC machined fittings, this kit offers superior resistance to oxidation, weather, and heat cycling, as well as exceptional high-pressure durability, ensuring your engine remains cool and performs optimally, even in extreme conditions.

These turbos utilize a pneumatic actuator. They are not suitable replacements for late 2017 and up model turbos with an electronic actuator.

Tips for Proper Installation:

  • Keep everything clean. Dirt, metal shavings, or debris can ruin the sealing surface. Always wipe the threads and flares before installing, and avoid dropping or dragging them on shop floors.
  • Start by hand. Thread the fitting by hand first to avoid cross-threading. It should go on smoothly.
  • Don’t overtighten. Once hand-tight, turn the fitting about ⅛ turn more with a wrench. That’s usually all it takes. Too much torque can crack the fitting or deform the flare.
  • Never use thread sealant or Teflon tape. These fittings seal at the flare, not the threads. Adding sealant can interfere with proper seating and cause leaks.
  • Check for leaks. Once installed, pressure test the system and visually inspect all connections.
