INJECTOR DATA

Our XDI-manufactured and rigorously tested Direct Injection Injectors are specifically engineered for the Fiesta ST, providing the precise fuel flow needed for high-performance, high-horsepower applications—without the complexity of auxiliary fuel systems.

Each injector undergoes comprehensive testing at 100 bar and 200 bar using OEM-grade testing equipment at our XDI facility. We flow-match every set to within ±1% accuracy at both pressure levels, ensuring exceptional precision and reliability.

Each injector includes the XDI Black Seal pre-installed. Our +30 injectors come with a single seal, while the +50 injectors are equipped with a double seal. A double-seal upgrade for +30 injectors is available for an additional $200.
