This is one of the biggest, baddest, highest-flowing performance turbo BorgWarner offers in terms of the AirWerks SX-E line. Intended for use on massive horsepower, large-displacement engines, S500SX-E utilizes the latest generation billet EFR compressor wheel aerodynamics with uprated 360-degree thrust assemblies.

This proven design is packaged in a purpose-built SX-E compressor housing with a ported-shroud inlet and speed sensor port. It is paired with traditional Airwerks 110mm inconel turbine and flexible housing options. The new 87.93mm S500SX-E turbocharger from BorgWarner is the 2nd largest T6 turbo in the AirWerks lineup. Higher airflow rates make this an excellent match for high-boost and high-power 88mm drag racing applications. This turbo is oil-cooled journal bearing only.
