Our XDI-manufactured and rigorously tested Direct Injection (DI) Injectors are specifically designed for the 2010-2019 Gen 1 3.5L EcoBoost series engines, delivering the precise fuel flow required for high-horsepower applications without auxiliary fuel systems. Each injector undergoes comprehensive testing at 100 bar and 200 bar on OEM-grade equipment at our XDI facility. We flow-match every set to within ±1% at both pressure levels, ensuring consistent accuracy and reliability.
