What is right for my setup?

XDI-EVO Performance:

  • XDI-EVO with stock injectors: Supports up to 550-600whp on full E85 (85% ethanol).
  • XDI-EVO with upgraded injectors: Achieves 600-650whp.
  • For power above 650whp on full E85, the HPFP60 and 19000cc injectors are recommended.

Note: These performance estimates assume all other necessary modifications are in place.

Track Performance: Our Q60 RWD achieved a 10.94-second quarter-mile at 122 mph with a 1.56-second 60-foot time—running on stock injectors, stock heat exchanger, and stock turbo—equipped only with our HPFP-EVO and full E85 fuel (E75 blend).

Boosting on Stock Turbos: Run full E85 on stock turbos up to 21 psi boost with stock injectors when using HPFP-EVO or HPFP60!

Our XDI-manufactured and rigorously tested Direct Injection (DI) Injectors are engineered for the VR30, providing the precise fuel flow required for high-horsepower applications without the need for auxiliary fuel systems. Each injector is thoroughly tested at 100 bar and 200 bar on OEM-grade equipment at our XDI facility. We flow-match every set to within ±1% at both pressure levels, ensuring superior accuracy and performance.
